Returns within 30 days:
Items that are returned within 30 days will only be granted a store credit. No credit will be given to your credit card at this point. Store credit is valid for 1 year. Items returned must be unused and it is Original Condition with all Original packaging and accessories.
Exchanges:
This must be made within 30 days of your delivery. Items returned must be unused and it is Original Condition with all Original packaging and accessories. Additional shipping charges will apply for your new delivery.
Engraved and Personalized Cufflinks:
We can not accept any Returns, Refunds or Exchange on any customized item due to its personalization/customization of the product.

How to Return:
You must return the package insured via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Make sure the package has a tracking number, since we are not going to refund you for the Shipping nor for any lost and damages during the shipping. You must submit us the Tracking Number.
Once the item is delivered we will inspect the package and initiate a refund to your credit card. This process can take up to 35 days. If payment was made by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
